Gallery Program

The gallery program functions like a fine art museum highlighting contemporary and traditional fine arts and applied design, and maintains a permanent collection of 1600 plus artworks. There are two galleries in the Windgate Center of Art + Design, the Brad Cushman Gallery and the The Maners Pappas Gallery which showcase emerging and established artists, as well as traveling, invitational and student exhibitions. The gallery director and assistant curator also curate exhibits and produce exhibition brochures and publications.

The physical galleries are currently closed. If patrons are interested in seeing exhibitions in person they may contact the Department of Art and Design to discuss arranging a visit. We are following COVID-19 guidelines for social distancing protocol adopted by the UA Little Rock administration for the Fall 2020 semester. Masks are required. Galleries are currently closed on weekends and University Holidays.
